We can provide Inbound and VoIP Telephony Services to enable your business to either upgrade your contact centre, or create a new centre, so you can interact with your customers whichever way they choose. MLL Contact integrates and interoperates with a customer’s existing on-premises or cloud telephony platform. Each is delivered as a fully resilient service by default.

Basic Number Translation Services provide a one-to-one translation basis and changes coordinated via the Service Desk. Alternatively, we can provide advanced call-routing functionality including Contact Point, Contact Path and Contact Pro. You’ll be able to change your Inbound call routing via a secure website or smartphone app. All calls are delivered to your preferred number at your nominated location.
