Network Operations Management Services

A “one-stop-shop” for all aspects of solution support and management.

MLL Telecom’s complete management of 3rd party providers offers fast resolution to the complex problems of system interaction. Our Network Operations Centre (NOC) provides a full range of services for all MLL Telecom managed network links and is an alternative to the labour intensive and cost necessity of managing the operation and maintenance of non-MLL Telecom supplied network links.

If you have your own NOC but don’t want to build your own specialist expertise, our NOC can provide you with a range of bespoke supplementary services. For example, this could mean you ask MLL Telecom to run an out of hours service (e.g. evenings, weekend and holidays) or act as a business continuity partner.

All our support activities follow best practice methodology to ensure it provides secure and continuous services for you. To this end, we have a comprehensive suite of Service Management processes built with ITIL framework guidance for best practice.

Network Operations Centre

Our fully resilient Network Operations Centre is operated 24/7/365 by a team of highly-qualified and accredited engineers who provide first, second and third line multivendor support. 90% of the time, we detect faults on the network before our customers.

Performance Management

Covering the day-to-day operation of the network to ensure that it is operating within predefined QoS parameters, this service captures real-time network performance data by the deployment of strategically placed probes. Long term trend analysis is then carried out on jitter, latency and round trip delays and from the results, thresholds are set for performance alarms.
