MLL Telecom’s Field Engineering Team of experts works across the country maintaining WAN, LAN and application layer technologies.
These technologies include fibre, copper, radio connectivity and other technologies such as firewalls, content filtering, internet connectivity, and telecoms including voice and data.
All our engineers have many years’ experience maintaining radio and IP networks. With qualifications such as Spanhoist Rope Descent and Rope Access IRATA 1, the field maintenance engineers are certified and accredited to undertake interventions; either at ground level or at height, to diagnose and resolve on-site network problems.
What’s more, our engineers have direct access to MLL’s solution and network architects, the expertise of a radio specialist network designer, and a technical support manager. As a result, our support teams deliver a joined up approached to fault management that keeps your downtime to a minimum.
Average Resolution of 3.5 Hours
Our engineers can normally fix most network faults within an average time of just 3.5 hours because we have our own multi-skilled field force and are not reliant on contractors.
