Support and Our Network Operations Centre

MLL Telecom’s relationship with our clients is at the heart of our business providing round the clock security management.

Using a suite of industry leading tools, including SolarWinds, we detect 90% of faults on the network before our customers. We make sure we’ll keep your networks running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from our Network Operating Centre (NOC).

At our ITIL-aligned Network Operations Centre in Marlow, our accredited engineers provide scalable first, second and third line multi-vendor support for rapid issue resolution so you don’t have to chase different teams to resolve an issue.

Where a site visit is required the NOC fully co-ordinates the field engineer’s activities throughout the incident resolution, recording the progress of the activity on the incident workflow system. All MLL radio field engineers are fully trained and certified in regulatory and best practice requirements for high level site access with no requirements for separate rigging teams, enabling rapid fault fix for ground and high-level based radio equipment.

Our Network Operations Centre has acquired considerable skills and knowledge in the first- and second-line support of multi-vendor networks including CPE from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, Ericsson, Alcatel, Zhone, Bridgewave, Nokia Siemens, Cambridge Networks, Ruckus and many more.
