Project Management
With a strong heritage in delivering complex, high-value projects for public sector customers, MLL’s Project and Programme Delivery practice is built on a foundation of deep industry expertise, robust governance frameworks and a relentless focus on outcomes. Network Operations Centre
Based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, our NOC continually monitors customer networks across the UK, We proactively anticipate potential issues before they cause outages and resolve faults as quickly as possible. Fully secure and staffed 24 x 7 by a team of highly trained technical specialists, we are focused on achieving a first time fix wherever possible.
Managed Services
MLL’s Public Sector business has grown organically based on a managed service approach, delivering outcomes and services to a defined set of Service Level Agreements. This ensures our customers do not have to worry about the underlying technologies. Today, there are many options for self-managed or co-managed solutions that allow the customer more insights and control. With this in mind, we are continually adapting our service model to meet the needs and skill sets of our customers.
