Phil has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector having held a range of senior leadership positions across project and operational domains. His career includes tenure at organisations such as Cable & Wireless and Vodafone where he was instrumental in delivering essential services to both public sector and enterprise clients.
Phil joined MLL in 2018, initially overseeing the successful execution of major projects. He subsequently advanced to lead delivery and IT operations for MLL’s public sector customers. Driven by a clear strategic vision, Phil is focused on harnessing the company’s infrastructure investments and adopting emerging technologies and automation to continually enhance service delivery and customer experience.
