MLL Telecom appoints Gavin Hutchinson as Senior Solutions Architect

Bringing extensive public sector network design and transformation experience

MLL is pleased to announce the appointment of Gavin Hutchinson as Senior Solutions Architect.

In his new role at MLL, Gavin will play a lead role in architecting MLL’s rapidly expanding portfolio of software-defined network solutions for public sector customers, spanning local authorities, emergency services and the NHS.

Gavin has over 20 year’s public sector network design and solutions delivery experience, initially from a decade spent in-house at Kent County Council managing the broadband operations of over 600 educational establishments and subsequently spearheading the design and roll out of the Council’s Public Sector Network (KPSN). This was followed by a career as a Lead Technical Design Authority and Senior Solutions Architect at Capita, the global IT services and consulting group, and later Exponential-e. Gavin has worked on various high profile public sector transformation projects including the design of next generation network solutions for some of the countries largest public sector organisations including; Essex County Council, Scottish Wide Area Network (SWAN), Kent County Council (KPSN2) and Hertfordshire County Council, and Critical National Infrastructure projects including National Air Traffic Control System (NATS), Border Force and UK Power Networks (UKPN).
