Our connections are a critical part of the operations of a utility. That's why we're proactive about managing our networks and we do so around the clock from our dedicated Network Operations Centre. Our engineers are on hand to take calls directly and, in 90% of cases, they detect network faults before they are reported by the customer.
Flexible pricing models
We've got a full range of planning and design services in-house (from site acquisition and planning consent to line of sight surveys) and use all our expertise to make sure our customers' networks represent excellent value for money throughout the lifetime of the design. Our pricing structure is really flexible, so customers can choose a rental model, capex model or any combination of the two.
Once a connection is operational, we will provide defined SLAs on every link. We realise that information is of limited use by itself, which is why we also generate management reports to help our customers measure the performance of their network against that SLA.
