MLL Telecom owns 32GHz wireless spectrum and has over 5,000 circuits and connections spanning the length and breadth of the UK. That means we can rapidly roll out low-cost and interference-free wireless services without needing the go-ahead from Ofcom. We manage our networks around the clock. This happens from our Network Operations Centre, a dedicated command centre manned by our qualified engineers. It's here that we detect and manage faults. 90% of the time, we know there's a fault before the customer does and more than half of all faults are cleared within the hour.

In-house network planning and design

Alongside our in-house operations centre, we have extensive planning and design capabilities offering everything from network design to line of sight surveys: a real lifetime design.

As you'd expect, we provide defined SLAs on every link we install, but we make SLAs more useful to our customers by generating management reports (measuring the performance of the entire network), too.

Flexible pricing models

It may be that you'd prefer a rental model to a capex model, or need a combination of the two. That's not a problem: our flexible pricing structure means we can tailor things to your budget.
