MLL Telecom has always had a particularly strong public sector focus. We recognise the need for cost savings and can combine wireless and fibre for the lowest lifetime cost across our networks. We offer local authorities a range of services including:

We own wireless spectrum across the UK. This means we don't have to wait for spectrum allocation from Ofcom before getting point-to-point wireless services to our customers.

Optimum lifetime cost

We don't believe in offering a low initial price which will increase after the survey. Instead, we prefer to give customers the very best in lifetime design, which we do by combining our planning and design strengths. Once the network is installed, we provide SLAs on every link. We also go the extra mile to give customers regular management reports, showing them exactly how their network is performing in relation to the SLA.

24/7 monitoring by our dedicated Network Operations Centre engineers

Our dedicated Network Operations Centre, manned by engineers rather than call-centre staff, lets us keep a close eye on our customers' networks. 90% of the time, we detect faults before they are reported by the customer, and we fix them within an hour in 55% of cases.

In order to help our local authority customers meet their budgets, we offer a flexible pricing structure, combining rental and capex models if necessary. And we understand that local authorities take security seriously, which is why our security compliance requirements meet the level required for GCSx connection.
