In-house network planning and design

Our in-house planning and design team will deliver a network that meets the lifetime requirements of the integrators' project. We have a dedicated Network Operations Centre staffed by trained engineers, rather than call-centre staff. It can be integrated with integrators' own service processes so their network status is always visible through our web portal. As you would expect we provide defined SLAs on every link but don't stop at simply sending our customers the data. We go one step further and provide management reports which measure the performance of the network against the SLA, so each customer's data becomes something they can really work with.
