24/7 monitoring by our dedicated Network Operations Centre engineers
MLL Telecom has more than 5,000 circuits and connections across the UK and we manage every one of our customers' networks from our in-house Network Operations Centre. It's staffed around the clock by engineers who keep an eye on the status of all networks through our web portal. They're on hand to talk directly to customers, but in 90% of all cases, they detect the fault before the customer reports it.
Defined SLAs and GCSx compliance
Each link we provide is backed up by a defined SLA, but we go one step further by generating management reports. This means that customers can see how their network is performing when measured against the SLA.
