MLL Telecom is well placed to provide lower cost access services for any off-net sites. We are an Ofcom licensed operator, with code system powers and the access to Telephone Exchanges that is required to offer local loop unbundling. Should the network design require it, we offer fibre circuits or wireless links. We own 32GHz and 40GHz wireless spectrum and have full visibility of light-licensed spectrum. This means we can rapidly roll out low-cost and interference-free wireless services without needing the go-ahead from Ofcom. MLL Telecom also has the access to telephone exchanges require to offer local loop unbundling (LLU), and should the networkdesign require it, we offer fibre circuits too. We manage our networks around the clock. This happens from our Network Operations Centre, a dedicated command centre manned by our qualified engineers. It's here that we detect and manage faults. 90% of the time, we know there's a fault before the customer does and more than half of all faults are cleared within the hour.

In-house network planning and design

We have extensive planning and design capabilities offering everything from network design to line of sight surveys: a real lifetime design.

We manage our networks around the clock. This happens from our Network Operations Centre, a dedicated command centre manned by our qualified engineers, who work with our in-house field force of engineers. 90% of the time, we know there's a fault before the customer does and more than half of all faults are cleared with the hour. Should an engineer need to visit a site it takes them on average less than 3½ hours to fix a fault (and that includes travel time).
