In-house network planning and design

Our in-house planning and design team will deliver a network that meets the lifetime requirements of the integrators' project. We design our links based on real-world experience - we don't just rely on the theoretical technical specifications provided by equipment manufacturers. Our engineers make use of our own database that includes 50 years' of historical weather data to determine the true performance of every link. By using this real-world design experience MLL Telecom has successfully replaced competitors' links that were under-performing.

We have a dedicated Network Operations Centre staffed by trained engineers, rather than call-centre staff. It can be integrated with integrators' own service processes so their network status is always visible through our web portal. MLL Telecom has its own field force of engineers, who are trained to install, upgrade, repair and remove links. To ensure shortened lead-times each engineer is accredited for multiple operator structures and holds a wide range of specialist qualifications.

As you would expect we provide defined SLAs on every link but don't stop at simply sending our customers the data. We go one step further and provide management reports which measure the performance of the network against the SLA, so each customer's data becomes something they can really work with.

Flexible, bespoke service

We also offer a truly customised service, which comes in useful when our customers need flexible bandwidth or specific traffic prioritisation schemes. And it's not just our networks which are flexible - we can also provide any combination of rental or capex model on our pricing structure.
