Network Operations

MLL operates a dedicated Network Operations Centre (NOC) delivering 24 hour monitoring and management of our wireless networks. The NOC is staffed by qualified engineers not call centre operatives that operate from a script, and is highly effective in early fault diagnosis. We use uniquely designed and proprietary telemetry to remotely monitor power, environmentals and air conditioning, even allowing low level repairs. This has significant benefits for uptime, ensuring business continuity.

Our unique management tool, the Enhanced Remote Management Unit (ERMU), monitors all radio circuits' status over a discreet radio link, no matter how remote, and reports faults in real-time, providing the highest levels of protection to network integrity. This unit is also flexible enough to be plugged into your network to provide 'On-net' as well as 'Off-net' monitoring

Just as important are savings in time and cost reducing the need for engineer site visits.

And MLL proactively reviews its network management using reporting and statistics to drive continuous improvement, analysing any issues, debugging faults and ensuring third party equipment is always on the top line.
