Rick joined MLL Telecom in 2006 from TeleCity Plc, where he had been CEO since June 2002.  During his four years at TeleCity, Rick was instrumental in building the company to a market leading position before successfully transitioning it to a private company with 3i and Oak Hill Capital in 2005. At Cable & Wireless between 1996 and 2001, he acquired twenty five companies in eleven different countries as VP, Global Business Development. At Digital, his IT career progressed through consultancy and integration services before Rick was given responsibility for all System Engineering and Technical Support resources in Europe, including the key relationships with Microsoft, Oracle and SAP. 

He has previously worked for high profile companies within the telecom and IT industries, including Cable & Wireless, Netscalibur and Digital.
