Scott Shelley

Alternate board member on behalf of TD Capital Canadian Private Equity Partners

Scott Shelly is a member of MLL's Advisory Council. He is President and controlling shareholder of Aintree Capital Management Inc, a company that manages private company investments for its own account as well as for institutional investors. In this capacity he represents both his own investment in MLL and that of TD Capital, the private equity arm of TD Bank Financial Group. Mr Shelly has been active in private company investing for over 25 years.
