Paul Henry
Paul Henry has over 17 years of experience in restructuring and special situations, with the last nine years in private equity. He was with Birch Hill’s predecessor company, TD Capital, from 1998 through to 2005. Mr. Henry’s previous experience includes a number of interim executive positions and as a Principal with PricewaterhouseCoopers in its restructuring practice.
Mr. Henry is a Chartered Accountant and received his B.Comm. from Mount Allison University.
